ELDERTON WINES

A showcase of the absolute best that the Barossa has to offer. The vision of the Ashmead family is to achieve excellence in making wine from distinguished sites in the Barossa. We celebrate the individual terroirs of each of our sites and aim to produce wines that show true regional history and character, varietal definition and a healthy slice of our own personalities.

GIBSON WINES

Variety selection is expertly matched to the available vineyard sites and the simple winemaking techniques  is complemented by good blending of resultant small wine parcels. 22 year of experience has established Rob Gibson as a well-bred winemaker…seeing the great Penfolds wines evolve and tasting winestyles around the world as he travelled from Germany to France to Italy to South Africa and California.

TWO HANDS WINES

Quality without compromise is central to the Two Hands philosophy, driving all the decisions from fruit and oak selection to packaging and promotion. We strive to differentiate ourselves; to be unique, fun and innovative in our business approach while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and integrity. Our wines are made by a process of barrel classification - selecting the very best barrels for the Flagship range followed by Garden Series then our Picture Series. This is achieved by sourcing the best parcels of fruit available to us from six premium regions within Australia.

Langmeil Winery

Vines were first planted at Langmeil (which possesses the oldest block in Australia) in the 1840s, and the first winery on the site, known as Paradale Wines, opened in 1932. In 96, cousins Carl and Richard Lindner with brother-in-law Chris Bitter formed a partnership to acquire and refurbish the winery and its 5ha vineyard (planted to shiraz, and including 2ha planted in 1843). Another vineyard was acquired in 98, which included cabernet sauvignon and grenache. In late 2012 the Lindner family put a succession plan into action: Richard and Shirley Lindner, and their sons Paul and James, have acquired 100% ownership of the business.

Warburn Estate

Warburn Estate is a leader in the Riverina wine region and Australian wine industry. Proudly in Australia’s top ten wine producers – Warburn Estate is owned by the Sergi family, whose winemaking heritage was brought to the area from Italy in 1952. Today, it stands tall as a fourth generation, pioneering wine family. From the first grape plantings in Tharbogang, to today, producing one of Australia’s fasting growing brands under $7 – Gossips, Warburn Estate’s achievements have been remarkable. The foundations that established Warburn Estate in the 1950’s remain the same today – hard work and strong family values.
